WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!

75% of the way we look is down to our diet. All of our efforts in the gym aren't enough without the proper dietary foundation. This is exactly why specific attention to nutrition is key if true change is to happen. Whether we would like to gain muscle or lose fat, it all stems from what we eat. No one gets there by accident, so eat smart and you'll smash those targets 10 times faster!

FUNCTIONAL EATING

If you have that drive and determination in your heart, but feel like something is holding you back, it could be what you eat. Throughout my semi pro career I discovered that my diet played a monumental role in the ability for my body to perform optimally, and as I continue to push my body to its limits, eating for a specific function makes every single rep count.
